Return policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review pictures and product descriptions carefully and request additional information if needed before purchasing. Due to the nature of our products Moody Hues does not accept returns.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your purchase within ten business days after shipment has been made, provided that:

1. 
   
   1.  The item is in its original condition
   2. The item has not been used or damaged; and
   3. the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase.

Products returned to Moody Hues for exchange must be returned pre-paid, as we are unable to accept cash on delivery returns. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in the post.  

Your statutory rights are not affected.
