Ownership of Rights to Original & Printed Art:
All artwork is the property of Moody Hues. Moody Hues retains all rights to all artwork created by Susan O’Kelly, this includes sold and commissioned original paintings. Moody Hues retains the right to make reproductions of all artwork unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. The collector may not make reproductions of any artwork Susan creates. If you would like to use images, artwork, or content from our website please contact us for written permission.
Shipping:
Shipping time for products in stock: We try our best to ship orders within three business days of purchase. Delivery times vary by location. If you have any questions please contact us.
Shipping time for products not currently in stock: If you are interested in a product that is not currently in stock please contact us and we can let you know how long it will likely take for these items to be in stock and when you can expect a delivery once ordered.
How Shipping Is Calculated: Shipping is calculated based on size, weight and the country of destination.
Customs and import taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply. If you refuse a package for this reason, customs authorities will charge Moody Hues an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. Moody Hues is not responsible for delays due to customs checks.
Return Policy:
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review pictures and product descriptions carefully and request additional information if needed before purchasing. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within ten business days after shipment has been made, provided that:
i) the item is in its original condition
ii) the item has not been used or damaged; and
iii) the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase.
Products returned to Moody Hues for exchange or refund must be returned pre-paid, as we are unable to accept cash on delivery returns. You must bear the cost of returning the item. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in the post and we do not refund items that are lost in transit. We strongly recommend the use of a tracked delivery service for this purpose.

Commissioned And Custom Art Return
Commissioned or custom art cannot be returned. The final process of a commissioned piece is that the client carefully reviews pictures of the product and requests more pictures if needed to finalise before shipping is arranged. Once the piece is paid for and shipped we cannot accept a return.
